Refund policy
If your item breaks within one year of the purchase date, you may request a store credit or exchange. Please send an email to support@bely-jewelry.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will confirm if the item is eligible for a return or exchange.
You can always contact us for any warranty question at support@bely-jewelry.com.
To return your item, please ship it to the address below using Canada Post or another trackable shipping method. You must include your order number and full name in the package with the item you want to return. Before returning your item, please send an email to support@bely-jewelry.com with photos of the item and a brief explanation of why you would like to return it. We will confirm that it is okay to proceed with the return.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it’s a fault from our end, or that the item is defective or damaged.
Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you are eligible for a store credit or exchange, we will process your request as soon as possible.
